Anthony J. Sirica, CPA - Chief Operating Officer and Managing Member
Anthony is a Founding Member of the Firm. Prior to founding Forum Consulting, Anthony was an Assurance Partner and the Founder and National Business Line Leader of the Risk Advisory Services division of BDO Seidman, LLP (formerly known as BridgeMark), the 5th largest accounting firm in the world. He is a graduate of St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Anthony began his career in the Assurance Practice of BDO Seidman where he quickly became a Partner, servicing some of BDO's largest clients. In 1998 he left BDO to join Jefferson Wells International, a then start-up professional services firm, as a Managing Director to establish and build their Tri-State area practice. After much success at Jefferson Wells, Anthony was recruited back to BDO in 2002 to replicate his prior success by establishing a new and highly innovative Risk Advisory Services practice.
Frank G. Fusaro, CPA - Chief Executive Officer
Frank is co-founder and President of Forum Personnel, a one hundred person management recruiting firm, established in 1974. Frank has lectured to Trade and Professional Organizations and Universities throughout the United States. Frank is a former member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and served as a Vice President of the Society. Frank served on the Advisory Board and is Chairman of the Society's Fundraising Committee supporting the Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession (COAP) Program which focuses on recruitment of minorities for the Profession.
Thomas M. Masillo, CPA – Managing Director
Tom is responsible for developing and coordinating the delivery of our Accounting and Business Performance Services. Prior to joining Forum, Tom was the Chief Financial Officer of a boutique investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, where he was a key member of the leadership team. Tom started his career at BDO Seidman and worked in public accounting for over 10 years.
Tom has extensive experience in start-up companies, the financial service industry, broker dealers, private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. He also has significant tax advisory experience as it relates to limited liability companies, partnerships and all flow through entities. He has participated in numerous public offerings and is experienced in SEC matters, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and on-going compliance requirements.
Tom is a graduate of Hunter College and is a CPA, licensed in NY. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and has his Series 27 license.
